    Question

I’ve just started using the Sensitive toothpaste and really like it so far, especially the very light taste. My question is: should I be rinsing after using this toothpaste or just spit out as much as possible and leave the residue? I’m wondering if by rinsing I will wash away the good effect of the potassium nitrate. I always rinsed when using ‘regular’ toothpaste as the taste was so awful and I would get mouth ulcers if any was left behind. Thank you.

Hi Mary Anne, thanks for your feedback. Yes, you should rinse after using our toothpaste. I always rinse and I find that it is still very effective. Cheers!
