We’re very excited about our new line of sunflower soaps, and we think you will be too. As our most versatile product yet, these soaps offer a single solution for practically all your household cleaning and personal care needs. Read on to find out more about the soaps that will change the way you stock your cleaning cabinet.

Made using the traditional Castilian soap method.
Our sunflower soaps are authentic Castile-type soaps, made from the traditional method of using plant oils. Castilian soap recipes were invented a long time ago in the Castile region of Spain. Back in those days, people only had one type of soap to do everything from washing their hands to doing their dishes and cleaning the floors.

Can be used for bodies, food AND floors!
As Castile-type soap, our liquid sunflower soaps can be used for practically anything! Some popular uses include washing clothes, dishes, floors, bodies and veggies. Not sure how to use them? Learn more now.

Made with Canadian grown sunflower seed oil.
We chose to make our Castile soaps using locally harvested organic sunflower seed oil instead of the olive oil that is traditionally used in Castile soap recipes. The oil is rich in antioxidants like vitamin E and carotenoids, and we blend it with coconut oil for a gentle, silky lather that leaves your skin feeling fresh and soft.

So pure, you can use it to bathe in lakes and rivers!
Our Castile sunflower soaps are chemical-free and entirely biodegradable, making them gentle on you and on the environment.

Available in liquid or bar soap, scented or unscented!
At Green Beaver, we like to offer a wide variety of products that will suit anyone’s needs. With our new line of sunflower soaps, we made sure to provide a number of variations such as liquid and bar soaps that are scented using essential oils, or non-scented versions for an even gentler clean.

  3. Hi,
    Your prducts look wonderful!
However, I am interested in finding out more about the specific ingredients in your adult sunscreen 30 SP. . I see your products are listed as GF. In Canada, as you know, a product can be listed as GF even if it has 10% of Gluten in the product. Also, is the product free of any possible contamination from gluten in other products processed in your factory? As a Celiac, I am highly sensitive to any trace amount of Gluten in my body.

    Thank you for your help.

    Pam Lehman

    1. Hi Pam,

We do not use any ingredient that contain gluten or may have been contaminated. Our plant is gluten-free. We are sensitive about this as we know first hand. I have family members that have been diagnosed with Celiac disease. Take care, Alain

    2. Hi Pam, Thank you for your question. None of our other ingredients have come in contact with gluten, as far as when produced, we are GF facility so none of our products contain Gluten related ingredients. So no cross contamination worries. As far as the 10% goes. For us No means No so there is no chance of that happening.

  4. How do I sign up for wholesale prices as a small business?

  5. Can you order your products in an individual basis?

    1. Hi Charlene, yes anything can be ordered separately. However, shipping costs will apply depending on the order amount. Thanks

  6. Do you ship to New Zealand.

    1. Hi Sharon,

  7. Hi
I was recently introduced to dr bronner liquid castile soap but i would like to switch to your brand because it does not contain palm oil and it is canadian.
Could you provide more tips how and where to use it and give more detailed instructions about dilutions for different uses?
The label on the bottle only says to use as a body soap ( undiluted?) or as a dish soap. This is pretty sad compared to dr. bronners multi usage purposes and all the info they have online.

    Thank you,

    1. Hi Diane,
Thanks for your interest in our liquid castile soap! You can find more dilution recipes on the side bar:
Also, all the dilution recipes that our competitor suggests work with our soap. We’ll be blogging about those very shortly.

  9. Can I use as a shampoo and if yes how?

    1. Hi Jennifer,

Yes, you can use our castile soap as a shampoo. Here’s a recipe we use: ½ Tbsp. in your hand, worked into wet hair, or dilute ½ Tbsp. in ½ a cup of water and work that into wet hair.
