The most significant change I have noticed while using the baby wash and lotion daily, is the increase in hydration with her skin.
Winters in Canada can be extremely harsh on adult’s skin, let alone my toddler’s sensitive skin, so what better than a month like January to see how effective The Green Beaver Baby Wash and Lotion have been on my little one.
It’s been about a month since we have been using The Green Beaver Baby Wash and Baby Lotion in our daughter’s daily bedtime routine. The lavender scent of both the body wash and lotion has us all hooked as a family. What I love about the scent is that it is made of true organic lavender oil. It’s not an overpowering amount of oil that is used either, it’s subtle enough to remind my family that it’s the smell of bedtime.
One of the many things I like about the baby wash is that it’s delicate but still able to thoroughly wash my daughter’s long hair without stripping it clean. My three old is not a fan of washing her hair, because of course it “hurts her eyes”. We are happy to report that The Green Beaver baby wash is the first shampoo that we have used since she was a baby that hasn’t caused a melt down when she knows it’s time to wash her hair. Which leads me to think, are those other popular baby wash brands truly “tear free”?
I also love the texture and weight of the Baby Lotion, it’s not too sticky it’s not too creamy. You don’t even need to use a large amount of lotion to feel that the weight and texture spreads evenly with enough to moisturize after bath time.
The most significant change I have noticed while using the baby wash and lotion daily, is the increase in hydration with her skin. My toddler’s skin is prone to eczema patches and flare ups, so the importance of locking in moisture is what I have learnt works best for her problem areas. Both The Green Beaver baby wash and lotion have given her enough hydration to curb some of her eczema flare ups.
We are so happy to have found two products that suit our family’s needs and lifestyle perfectly. Thank you Green Beaver!
