For fast and accurate service, we recommend ordering through our online store.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  Sales taxes may apply depending on local laws.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Ground for all Canadian and continental United States orders with a minimum purchase of $70 before tax and after discounts. We offer expedited shipping for a fee.

Orders under $70 will be charged for shipping, our website will provide you the information regarding shipping fees.

We ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post or USPS. Currently, we do not sell outside of Canada and the United States.

Use the FedEx Website to track your package with the tracking number emailed to you. If you do not receive notification via email from FedEx, please contact us at customerservice@greenbeaver.com or 1-888-666-1206 x 21.

Damages & Returns

We hope you’re happy with your Green Beaver order, but if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, please contact us. You can return your online purchase to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund with our prior approval. After thirty (30) days, we will only do exchanges.

If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our Web Store Customer Service Department at customerservice@greenbeaver.com or 1-888-666-1206 x 21 so we may review your order and replace your item(s).
