We accept Visa and MasterCard. Sales taxes may apply depending on local laws.

All orders placed after 2 P.M. on the Friday, will ship out the next Monday.
We offer FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Ground for all Canadian and continental United States orders with a minimum purchase of $35 before tax and after discounts. We offer expedited shipping for a fee.
Orders under $35 will be charged for shipping, our website will provide you the information regarding shipping fees.
We ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post or USPS. Currently, we do not sell outside of Canada and the United States.

Damages & Returns
Cancellation and reimbursement policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. This is why we are fully dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. You may cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, by calling or emailing us. Products purchased online and shipped are final sales. For various reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We cannot exchange or reimburse items damaged through either normal or abnormal use (e.g. broken, cracked or chipped).
What is our return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.
What if the package was damaged in shipping ?
All merchandise sold hereunder will be shipped at the Buyer’s risk, and risk shall pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of merchandise to a carrier. Therefore, all claims involving loss or damage to merchandise should be solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier. Remember to retain all packing materials, including the box the goods arrived in, as the carrier may need to inspect the damage.
