The Give a Dam Program

That’s why we created the Give a Dam Program: an initiative dedicated to supporting organizations and causes that are building a healthier, more sustainable future for Canadians and the ecosystems we all depend on.

While giving back has always been part of our identity, we launched our Give a Dam Program in 2026 to streamline our community initiatives to create meaningful, lasting change. By focusing our efforts, we hope to increase our impact on causes that are close to our hearts.

Ottawa River Shoreline Cleanups with Ottawa Riverkeeper

The Ottawa River has long been an important part of Green Beaver’s story, with our manufacturing facility located minutes away from its shore. Our co-founder Alain has maintained a longstanding relationship with Ottawa Riverkeeper, an organization dedicated to protecting, preserving, and promoting the health of the Ottawa River watershed.

Inspired by the beavers that call these waters home, we’re proud to continue supporting this mission through employee shoreline cleanup events in partnership with Ottawa Riverkeeper. You can read more about their mission and get involved here.
